A good start but why only 40+? People in hotspots need vaccines & Health Canada has approved AstraZeneca for anyone over 18. Oh, and let's make paid sick leave happen too. Follow the science, FordNation.

In the midst of a crisis, Premier FordNation chose a law & order agenda vs. a public health approach. He's not targeting the root of the problem. We need paid sick days, to vaccinate essential workers & people in hotspots, not street checks & closing parks in Ontario.

Yesterday, I asked Premier FordNation why he keeps announcing things before Public Health Units are ready to delivery them. Ex. Saying mobile units were already in hotspot neighbourhoods & opening up vaccinations to adults 18-50 in hotspots.

The FordNation govt says that the 1.2 million vaccines in freezers are allocated... Yet, Ontarians don’t know where they've been allocated, the # of vaccines being delivered to each PHU & when. Note that the Premier walked out while I was asking him this question

The Third Wave is hitting Ontario hard. Ontarians are tired & frustrated. They need a clear & transparent vaccine rollout plan.... Premier FordNation, it's not business as usual.

Today, there are 623 patients in our ICUs. ICU doctors & nurses have been working flat out for over a year. They’re tired & burnt out. Ensuring that we have enough trained staff to support these & new beds is a challenge.... I asked the Premier about it in Question Period.

The second wave of #COVID19 is hitting Ontario’s LTC homes harder than the first. It’s like we learned nothing. The FordNation govt must act more quickly to do everything necessary to protect our seniors living in LTC.

Pfizer said their #COVID19 vaccine could be moved to LTC homes on Dec. 18th. Instead, Ontario paused vaccinations over Christmas & only started moving it into homes as of Jan. 5 ... 2 1/2 weeks later. AB, BC & QC are done or almost done. Delayed decisions cost lives FordNation.
