It's a lot of money. Your clients' money. Don't mess it up. Not only does your client have butterflies, but you do too. You tell yourself: "Don't look nervous. Be confident!" So when my old friend reached out the other day for help, I couldn't have been more excited. She was submitting her first big offer. She was ready but anxious. It was so important to her to protect her clients. Were they overpaying? What clauses should she include again? What's a requisition date? We walked through her strategy step by step. We talked about pricing and legalities. Reviewed the details to be successful but also to protect a set of clients she loved. I was so grateful for the opportunity to help a friend.
