Stopped in the other day at @jenricmillwork to take a look at the progress on my solid white oak material being milled up for our big upcoming job. There are 34 treads total, 2 big landings and 1 small landing. All treads and landings are 4" thick. These guys are killing it. I have been getting most of my material from them for over 7 years and have nothing but good things to say about their pricing and QUALITY. Ritchie glass install completed. This house is a sea can house and there is a cutout with a mural done by the front door to show the inside of the sea can walls. I have seen this in straw bale houses where they will have a cutout somewhere in the house to show the straw bales. I nice floor plan finished up for @atlaspremiumhomes. This job had Maple shaker posts with a 3 tier stacked cap. The spindles are powdercoated pewter with alternating knuckle spindle pattern.
