Hi Guys, And thanks for hanging in there! Do you remember my up-date that the spec draft for Johnny Flower Seed had been completed? It was, at least I thought so at the time. What you didn't know was that the synopsis wasn't done, a key element in funding any film project. Fortunately, Eric Roberts and Tripleee Productions have been very patient. I keep Eric up-dated on my progress and he's aware that I've had a block since 2011. It took 4 and 1/2 years for the writers of Ge...rry McGuire to complete the screenplay. Why? Writer's block. Until a couple of months ago, I had the same problem. The 120 page sec draft for Johnny Flower Seed was done in about 1,500 hours. It's taken me a year and a half to work out the kinks in a simple one page synopsis. As a result, editing also has to be done on the original spec draft. I'll keep you posted.
