Covers in one coat , well there is more to that , there is colour coverage and there also is even sheen .. unless your desired finish is a ( flat no sheen ) one coat coverage is a miss leading term

Having proper equipment helps make it safe and easier to complete the task

Why elastomeric’s on stucco? Their ability to bridge / stretch over hairline cracks and provide wind driven rain water proofing . Elastomeric’s meet the needs of many other applications, total water proofing of steel roofs and as a role on membrane for water scapes / ponds etc . The great thing is these are not new products, they have been improved over the years and have a very long track record of success , that can’t be said for most of today’s products

When to spray or not to spray when applying coatings . In this case I’m going to speak about cabinets ( kitchen / vanities etc)! It’s highly likely if your cabinets are of a man made or natural wood products and have a stain/ clear coat top coat or solid paint type finish , it was likely sprayed . Why? would you roll or brush paint on your grand piano ? , how about on your Benz ? It’s true there are cabinets that have a rustic stressed look and a brush look finish is actually a technique that I was taught when I apprenticed under my father . Many techniques and many types of materials are no longer requested or produced .. the request part is simply a lack of awareness that such techniques were even used.

Just about wrapped up, this homes exterior is now functionally superior and has greater curb appeal then when it was first built

Cabinet refinishing .. on site and off site .. they had a factory look when they were new, they should have a factory look when they are refinished , commercial coatings used for best bond and hard durable finish
