Today at JP, Home Economics students learned the function of ingredients through a pancake lab! They taste tested the different stages as new ingredients were added. At the completion of the recipe there were 7 questions reflecting on their learning experience. Whoever got them all correct (or the most correct), won a jumbo pancake! It was so much fun! Here are our winners!
