Following such a diet disrupts the normal environment in the body, causing it to become acidic and prone to diseases like diabetes, cancer, osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, and more. If not treated, acidity can significantly accelerate the aging process, as bacteria, viruses, candida, and parasites thrive in an acidic environment. To neutralize these pathogens and prevent health issues and chronic conditions, you need to work on alkalizing the body.
