One Month till I close down my Stittsville practice and start my new journey closer to home! I will be closing my practice December 20th.

Today was such an exciting day for me! I got the opportunity to teach a kettlebell masterclass to some of the sharpest minds in Rehabilitation, Kettlebells, and Training in North America. Teaching this is a huge confidence booster and shows me that my hard work over the last 3 years is paying off. I am a Masterclass Kettlebell Coach. I fight everyday to be strong. You can too!
