#blacklivesmatter not only today, #blacklivesmatter tomorrow too. Don't be that guy/girl who posts today and think they did their part for posting a picture of a square. Make a difference from today on. Teach your kids, push to have anti-racism classes in elementary school, high school etc. Do your part

Whenever I've had a difficult time in my life, and I've gotten to a point where it didn't look like it was getting better, I always was faced with a choice to stop and turn around, and let things stay the way they were. I feel this is where we are the the world right now. People understand the injustice, but just like the Rodney King riots, if anger and protest finally subside, things will go back to status quo, and my kids, and my kids kids will live through a racist world. I...t's actually crazy but we have the chance to do something great, live through a time when we made true change. So please keep your voice heard. In a week from now people will will calm down, protests will subside, but we need to keep the message clear. Looting and vandalism has no place, but make your voices heard. Don't let this go away. We can be great, we can make an impact. White people, I'm talking to you, you have a chance to make a change, to be part of history. "we didn't come this far just to come this far" Many people have been donating to charities in my name for all the free lives and work I've put in over the 12 weeks. Feel free to donate to anti racism campaigns or charities in my name if you are looking for causes. Be Great

If you're not happy at home, don't expect to be happy anywhere else. I use to struggle with this fact a lot, I was so unhappy at home, in my own skin I would look to work, train, be away from my home as much as possible.I remember nights sleeping on my gym grass, on a massage table in the back just to not be stressed. Fast forward to now, I'm learning more about myself everyday, loving my family, loving my home, that I'm finally realizing some balance between work and home......... and it feels good I'll always be the hardest working guy in the room, but I can now finally be away from work and be at peace. My head still races, I still don't sleep, and I started grinding my teeth, but it's all part of the journey. Thanks to @maddyjovani , my kids and those close to me for keeping me grounded and supporting me through all my crazy hours. It's a process and glad I have people around for the ride the end goal BALANCE
