Each person gets: a few ounces of Ruby hollandaise, a whole Mount Royal Bagel, a third of a pound of brisket, two soft poached eggs, pickled onions and barbecue sauce, a cup of fruit and a house made chocolate chip cookie! Here’s what you do: Pick it up between 9am-11am on Sunday. Take it home, slice... the bagel and toast it, drop the soft poached eggs into some boiling water to warm them up and then make a delicious Brisket Benny for mom and the fam!
