2009-2019 There is ten years between these two photos. The girl on the left shot tequila like a champ , stayed out all night, did not exercise, and ate McDonald’s like it was going out of style. The girl on the right now fills her body with therapeutic ketones, used her body to carry a child, runs around chasing kiddos all day for a job, has a 10pm bedtime, and eats what I want for the most part (healthy and sometimes not). ... Its all about balance people. Am I the role model of healthy habits? No. I don’t exercise like I should. I still sometimes sneak treats when Colton is asleep and I need to drink more water. But I am a working progress and am more confident at 27 than I ever was at 17. I have two secrets that I swear by. One is daily intermittent fasting (nothing crazy, I just keep my meals between 1pm-9pm). The other is PTK... never heard of this before? Drop a bellow or get in my inbox and I’ll share the details of this life saving hack.

Kid knows a good thing when he tastes it... can’t even blame him when it tastes like raspberry lemonade We just walked in the door from work & daycare. I’m lacking motivation & I’m hungry... ketones for the win! Give me all the energy to do the dishes sitting in my sink and cook dinner. Please lord curve my appetite so I can comfortably do up my jeans next week! My mom belly has seriously exploded the last month due to lack of consistency and purposeful binge eating. Bad ...habits come back full speed when life gets stressful but it doesn’t have too. I have all the help in the world sitting in boxes on my counter and I plan on using it. I even have some to share for those wanting to try! Who else could use a dose of energy, curve your cravings, and reduced stress?

Spoil them with experiences, not toys. Sometimes I forget this lesson and Colton gets an exessive amount of presents at Christmas and his birthday #onlychildsyndrome , however these are not the things he will remember. He will move on to a new favourite toy in a week. He still remembers the time we went strawberry picking in the fields while all the sprinklers were on. He still talks about how we took him to the ripleys aquarium for his second birthday (instead of a big party). He tells me how he misses all the mommy days (in the summer while I was off work) because we did fun things everyday. It doesn’t have to be extravagant. Most of these fun days just meant a day at the park, but that’s what counts most to these little people. It’s the time you spend with them, not the size of their toy room.

Can’t even handle the cuteness He may has speed-walked down the isle, and he may have demanded the microphone during my maid of honour speech, but he stole the show and everyone’s hearts yesterday. Thanks @jcl2392 for including both of us on your special day

What holds you back is not what you are, it’s what you think you aren’t. ... I have not always been the most confident person. To this day I still struggle in that area. Thoughts like I’m not pretty enough I am not smart enough I am not a strong enough communicator still set back in from time to time and make me question what the hell I am doing. I constantly overthink myself and for the longest time I shut myself off from opportunity out of fear. What will others think ? Will I fail in front of everyone I know & love? What if I am just wasting my time ? These are questions that plant doubts in your mind telling you that you cannot achieve big things ... Do you know how to respond to those thoughts? A big FUCK YOU. You are pretty enough. You are smart enough. You will succeed if you put the work in & who the hell cares what other people think! They aren’t the ones paying your bills, feeding your kids, buying a house, buying you a new car, paying for your kids education, or letting you travel the world... but the opportunity you said yes to sure as hell might!

Perfection does not exist. It’s something that is created in your own mind and beliefs. A huge inspiration of mine always says Be 1% better today than you were yesterday. If you do this you are moving in the right direction. Keep progressing and you will be that much closer to achieving your goals every single day.
