So 2 big days in a row here.. Yesterday Cole went off to grade 5 and this morning Jax went off to his first day of kindergarten. Im really not sure where the time is going but I could not be more proud of these 2 boys!

So I just want to throw something out to my followers here today. To some of you its no secret I am a big supporter of mental health and mental health awareness. Its something I believe in and have experienced first hand, That being said this is September 1st, next week kids will be going back to school and things should be getting back to somewhat normal. Well this year is not like every other. In the past 6 months our world as we knew it changed forever. And this year m...ore then most, families have a lot of added stress. Some do not have the money now to pay for back to school clothes and shoes, or even supplies for that matter. Not only is it the financial burden but the emotional burden. People are sending there children back to school, what will happen? What if COVID hits the school. What if we have another outbreak and we go back into isolation? There are a lot of different things on peoples minds. The point I am trying to make here is if you are feeling down and out or not yourself its okay. Reach out to someone. There is always a solution, some may be harder then others to find, but the solution is there. Also check on your friends and family make sure they are okay. Don't judge other people, you never know what someone else is going through.
