Our condolences and sympathy to our beloved Lebanese pe...ople On behalf of the executive committee of the Jordanian Canadian Society and all the Jordanian community in Canada, and with more sadness, sorrow and grief, I would like to extend, through His Excellency the Lebanese ambassador in Ottawa, to the people of Lebanon, and to the Lebanese community in Canada, our warmest and sincere condolences and sympathy in the horrific incident of the Beirut port explosion, which resulted in the death of hundreds of innocent victims, the injury of thousands of Lebanese, Arab and foreign citizens, and the displacement of hundreds of thousands of residents in the vicinity of the port on a circular diameter of about 10 kilometers, in addition to billions of dollars in material and properties losses, plus the anxiety, terror, and mental, psychological and emotional anguish and hardship on millions of Lebanese all over the world. At this difficult and sad time, we can only pray to the all mighty God, to have mercy on the souls of the innocent martyrs, and give them his spacious gardens and Paradis in heaven, and inspire their families and loved one’s within consolation and fortitude and heal all the injured and effected ones and protect Lebanon from all evil and misfortune Amen....!.
