This is a ramp I built for a flatbed trailer, the existing ramps don’t come together close enough to get small equipment on but now they can be loaded with ease
Over the past few weeks I’ve been working South of Tillsonburg out of my trailer welding and repairing numerous Dragline Buckets and other Dragline related components.
This is a Case backhoe that was previously modified by someone else to fit onto a tractor’s 3 point hitch. My client wanted this to fit onto the back of his John Deere dozer so I designed and built my own cross brand custom hook up. All hole drilling and lathe work done by Nick Masson.
Just finished an 8’ Aluminum Foot Bath for dairy cows. Basically this is filled with a disinfectant then the cows will walk through and wash manure and other things off there feet. By doing this their hoofs stay in much healthier condition. Jobs that involve water or pressure of any sort are always tested before delivery.
Here’s my testing video for a roping sled I made! My last post included finished pictures since I can’t include photos and videos in one post. This is a roping sled used for practicing steer wrestling without an actual calf. This is dragged behind quad and then the horseback rider chases and ropes it. After I designed and built it I tested it to make sure it towed properly and kept both skis on the ground around tight corners. Once it was tested I painted and delivered.

These are gates and bullards that I designed, built, painted and installed for The Oxford Trail Council at the Beachville Trail. The gates where stick welded onto base plates that had anchors welded to them after the cement was hardened so it would be easier to ensure they where level and had proper spacing. The gates can be opened to allow maintenance vehicles in but locked shut to keep all other vehicles and ATVs out while still keeping a welcoming look to the trail. The trail is looked after very well and I highly recommend it to everyone.
Here are four rebar frames that I made for the concrete bases of two solar panels.

Some more aluminum welding! This time it was a pop up tent trailer's water heater tank that burst open. This one I had to pull back together, weld and test to make sure their were no leaks.
The other day I welded a broken hydraulic cylinder bracket on a New Holland skid steer
Here's a video of the lifting axle I modified to fit on the roller in action!
This weekend I torched off a broken axle from a roller and modified another axle to make it fit. My next post will have a video of it picking itself up.
Here are some of my recent jobs I've done.
