OMG!!!!! So delicious and so easy...better make extra Maple Molasses glazed pecans because the are so damn delicious! was afraid with mashed potatoes this would be to much but they actual complemented each other.

Double Chocolate Mocha Brownies OK just made these for Dessert Wed. They give my Fudgy Brownies a run for the money. A little less fudgy with just a hint of coffee....pretty damn good!!! Made this for the kids when they were last over. Instead of almonds I used toasted pine nuts. Super easy and versatile.

Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins...from Mairlyn Smith's cookbook Healthy Starts Here! As Jake can attest to, these were....lol....are delicious. I made them with ripe bananas and frozen thawed. Worked fine both ways.
