This is something that has come up frequently enough recently so I thought I would share with you. We are so often faced with obstacles and what seem to be such aggravating, frustrating or difficult times in this life. The one thing we forget when we become so emotionally charged is what we actually do have control over. We can not possibly control how someone else will act, what they will do or say. We can not control others but the one and only thing we can control is our...selves. We get to chose, we get to control how we act, what we say, what we do and even more importantly what we give our attention to. When faced with difficulties focusing on the things we can control can be a complete life saver. <3

I wanted to share with you today something that a friend and teacher of mine had channeled through archangel Gabriel that truly resonated and continues to resonate with me. (Thank you Shelley Young for all of your wonderful work) I feel like so many of us are going through the phases of eb and flow when it comes to just about everything in our lives. When you take off in an airplane you can feel the departure as well as the arrival however you do not feel the actual flight.... Yet it is in flight where you make the greatest amount of progress. So you see especially when it comes to our spiritual journey just when you think you are not making any progress remember the plane analogy. Remember to be gentle with yourself because when you're not feeling anything moving forward this is the time where you are progressing in leaps and bounds. Have faith because in the end you're already on the plane ride just enjoy it and the now moment you are in. This will keep you in flow and avoid resistance.
