Homemade Low Carb Baileys Irish Cream! I hope all are safe and well. I have received several requests from people to share "my" low carb Baileys Irish Cream recipe (I'm a keto fan). During the holidays, I had so much fun dropping by to see my clients with the above, that included things such as a box of chocolates, pens, wine, the Baileys, etc. It is not "my recipe", but one that I found online, and I have to say, it tastes like the real thing (see the link below)!!! I ma...de a large batch and gifted small amounts in the smaller bottles you see (which I LOVE) and kept what was left over in the large bottle. I've only ever had Baileys with my morning coffee on Christmas. I've now discovered it is a nice drink to occasionally have with coffee when my day is done.
