Happy belly post - swipe for proof! I stay close to home these days but after driving my sister to an appointment in Vancouver yesterday I visited some classics. @33acresbrewing had a slick process of grab n go and we tried out Potluck! If you’re in the area, you have to go - I know I’ll be going back for more and more. Merry, Happy All the Things Celebrating Christmas is a lot more quiet this year. Even though I’m sad not to see my loved ones in person, I’ve appreciated every card, message, gift exchange and drop ins that have happened over the last few weeks much more. The light is there, let’s be a little more patient before those much needed hugs happen

A rough one! This song was sent to me by former student and assistant @maya.zalo - I won’t lie, this one was hard in such a small space for improv. I could choreograph to this song no problem but the prompt I gave myself was falling back in bed. I couldn’t get through the song at all, my brain was all over the place and my body didn’t feel in it. Exploring movement pushing against the wall was super fun tho! Falling @harrystyles yours truly

I miss in person classes so much and I’m glad a few have gotten the green light to re-open. A huge thank you to all the studios for making it as safe as possible for people to take class. And if you’re taking class, please follow all the rules set in place and wear those masks as much as possible. Stay safe, keep crushing goals and wash your hands

First off, I am sorry about my gross sniffles and rolled out of bed/ comfy clothes. I originally filmed this unboxing as a joke between @tobicheung @amandakspoh and myself but I’m merrily putting it up because there’s Christmas music in the background and I am very impressed with the initial opening of all the products. @sokoglam you are everything!
