Let’s catch up! I’ve started working out with my sister the last few months. At first, it was really challenging and I didn’t always have the motivation, but now I’m LOVING IT! It elevates my mood, helps with my anxiety and I get to spend an hour or two with my sister. Going with my sister is awesome, we work hard but we also get to chat and have fun together. It’s perfect for those times when I’m really struggling with a workout, I feel more comfortable making weird fac...es and pushing out that deep breath.
