I am studying for an exam on Monday, so I will not be responding to non urgent requests until after my exam. I am taking my third exam to get my Trusts & Estates Practitioner designation from the Society of Trust and Estates Pracitioners. So it is only October 14th. There is no snow on the ground. However, it is time to start thinking about winter holiday closures. Our office will be closed from December 23rd at 4:00 p.m. to January 4th at 8:00 a.m. Actually closed, as in no one answering the phone or responding to emails. Everyone on our team needs that down time. In order to ensure this down time actually happens for the entire team, we will not be accepting any real estate deals closing between December 21st and January 4th. We have tried to offer closings during this period before and it is almost impossible to get any transactions completed due to office closures across the real estate industry.
