Calvin for sharing this video with ...us and glad you were able to stay safe! This spout was connected to a weak rotating storm with a hook-echo over Lake Simcoe so it may end up getting classified as a "tornadic waterspout". We're submitting it to Environment Canada to investigate further. More details ASAP. - IWC (Adam S.)
