We gotcha this week! Thank you to everyone who has been taking classes with us online this last month! We have loved sharing our personal practices with you, a...nd receiving your comments and messages. And to be honest, it’s been great for us too.. to get ourselves moving on our mats! Hips and Twists, this one is a little more challenging than the last with a longer meditation at the beginning and savasana at the end. Savasana was cut short sorry about that. Enjoy.
