As the pagan new year begins, many people are pulled into the many campaigns of the world such as shedding extra pounds of weight, landing that new job or starting a new relationship with the opposite sex that would usher in the pagan new year etc..this only breeds negativity because the person knows that no matter how much they try, they can't measure up to the world's standard of beauty, success, relationships etc and although they may struggle to keep that regime of weight... loss going and may even keep a strict calendar marking their progress for the first few days, life and it's demands quickly dash any hope of their succeeding with that or the new job or relationship. Once this happens, their whole world collapses around them and they end up in a pool of negativity as a result of not being able to live up to the world standard. They become upset, depressed and have feelings of helplessness and hopelessness and may even have suicidal thoughts as a result of their perceived failure. The worst part is this ritual of superficial hope for self renewal has been going on for many years at this time of the year around the world and it knows no boundaries as to religion or belief. Millions of people are pulled into this ritual every year. Are you being negative today? Let me encourage you to have an attitude of gratitude.~Tahalym/ Psalm 18:49, 30:12. Let me also encourage you that you are AWESOMELY and WONDROUSLY made!~Tahalym/Psalm. 139:14. You need not prove to anyone your worth in superficial matters because it's already known that whatever Yahuah makes is BEAUTIFUL!! As far as jobs or relationships, let them always be within in the will of Yahuah when you pray and if they aren't from HIM be GRATEFUL HE has closed that door! Let me also encourage you to resist these offers of the world that result in self condemnation and a false sense of renewal.
