Attention yogis! We have an exciting annual event this weekend at @love.fest.dorset 2019! I will be teaching a Sip&Stretch class that combines yoga, beer and lots of belly laughs! If beer isn’t for you, we have organic kombucha and lemon aid. $10 includes the yoga class and a beer from @lb_brewing All levels of yogis are welcome! . . Class starts at 12pm and space is limited so please send me a message to reserve your spot

Good morning yogis! Unfortunately our 7am class in Port Sydney is cancelled today due to the weather. However!! We are offering a make up class tomorrow (Wednesday August 7th) at 7am on the dock! We hope to see you there have a beautiful day
