Have you done the survey yet? Don't miss out!
Keeping up with the Koop is new to me, but not new to creating lovely bath and skin products. Their face serum is divine. I'm looking forward to trying a few more things! https://www.facebook.com/keepingupwiththekoop
Good morning! I need some input on where this project is going next. Could you take 5 minutes for me today? https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Joyful-Future-FB
I'm excited to have found an amazing new Indigenous maker for the March box. Smoked Smudge candle scents are divine and I am in love with the sweetgrass candle. Find her on her site: https://www.facebook.com/smokedsmudgescents
When I was picking items for the March box, I knew right away I wanted to include towels from Cariboo Handwoven - her joyous colors brighten up any space and she happily created springtime fresh designs just for my box. You can check them out on her website: https://www.cariboohandwoven.ca/towels
If you are curious about what was in the March box, the makers are all now listed on the website for you. If you missed out, I have a couple of boxes left... https://www.joyful-life-box.ca/the-makers.html
This is a day to wrap up in a blanket with a sweet treat. Crystal's Custom Catering's Bad Ass chocolate was the perfect thing! We had her Fig and Walnut dark chocolate bars in the box this month, and it was amazing. You should check out her other flavours! https://www.facebook.com/geckotreeholdings
The lovely cranes in the March box are so delicate and delightful. I have mine hanging on my desk to remind me to focus on hope. Thanks for making them Cecilia de Groot! Cecilia lives and creates in 100 Mile House, BC. https://www.facebook.com/papercranesforhope
Thank you Joyful Life Subscription Box for the lovely January surprises...I'm especially excited about the Chilcotin Chai from Soulstice Herbals...and the gorge...ous little mug that looks and feels like the ocean kissing a sandy beach. <3 The shower steamers from Sweet Lavations sound like a perfect chilly winter boost too...spearmint, lavender, lemon eucalyptus, and cedarwood? If that doesn't kick the winter blues, I don't know what will! Thank you Anne Burrill. <3 See more
Now that everyone has their box... I get to show you what was inside! If you missed out, I have a couple left ;) . . . #joyfullifebox #joyfullife #spring... message me if you'd like one :) See more
Full disclosure - January is a SLOG for me. I'm combating it with walks outdoors, lots of down time, and giving gifts because that brings me joy. I'm sending off a few packages this week just because. I also created this fun little project that I invite you to check out. https://www.facebook.com/Gnome-on-a-Roam-104517164923425 I made Wicket from my felting kit from Something Magical https://www.facebook.com/SomethingMagicalByTerri that was in the December boxes. It was so much fun that I created a second one, that I'm sending off to someone dear to me.
Soulstice tea was featured in my first box in the fall and it was very popular. Here’s a great chance to get some to try!
Here's what was in the men's box I put together. I hope those who received one enjoyed it, there was so much great stuff to choose from that I bought few things to gift to people I love. Locally made is the best kind of Christmas! Face Oil and Soap - Sudz Natural Soap (McLeese Lake) Coffee - Ground Theory (Fox Mountain) Mug - Colleen Kielman (Williams Lake) Chocolate - Kimmy J's (Williams Lake)
Now that the holidays, and the year, are winding down, and everyone has opened their boxes, it's time for a little reveal! I love lighting a candle and brewing a cup of tea to curl up on a snowy day. For the December box, Colleen Kielman did an amazing tea mug and her matching candle holder was the perfect fit for these large tea lights made by Ms. Beehaven from 100 Mile. Stay tuned for more.... <3
