I really do think about clients long after their reading is over. Receiving testimonials like this makes me so happy. I often have flowers in my home. I love how it adds some freshness and beauty to any room. As I was getting ready for a reading last summer, something told me to bring these roses into my spirit space for the session. I didn't understand why, but they did look beautiful in that room. When I shared that story with my client that day, she told me that the spirit I was channeling LOVED pink roses. They were her favourite. So beautiful! ... It is in the small ways that spirit shows up before and during my readings that really validate they are truly prrsent. They are there guiding us from the other side. Sometimes we are too busy and we miss it. If you slow down, and try to be more aware, you can find signs from your loved ones. I love how they are still able to connect with us, just in a completely different way. I tell people to "listen with you heart, not your ears". What signs have you received from spirit?

Are you able to take some time for yourself on a daily basis? It isn't always easy, but I try to get up early and make meditation a part of my morning routine. I play my "weird" music as my kids call it, close my eyes and sit still. Sometimes different people pop into my awareness or I receive messages about next steps. Sometimes I just feel grateful in the moment. I LOVE it! I started meditating two years ago. It takes practise at first but before long, it becomes really... natural. Start with a few minutes and work up to a longer period of time if it feels right. There is no right way to meditate. During several readings, spirit has told my client they should start meditating. That guidance is often met with, " I can't do that. I don't know how." The truth is, it's not very complicated at all. Like anything new, it takes some effort, but it is so worth it. This is by far my least cute apron but it belonged to my Grandma. It does keep me the cleanest when I'm making my mess in the kitchen. During a reading, I was shown this exact apron. As I was explaining the image, I assumed it had to do with cooking. Very quickly I realized it was more about a memory I had with this apron. My Mom had been over a few days earlier and I got her Mom's apron out for her to wear while she helped me make dinner. I jokingly said "here is your b...ib mom", like seniors in care homes wear during meals. We both laughed. It is more like that than an apron. When I shared this story with my client, that was the connection from spirit. I think of that reading every time I wear this old beauty. I have learned to relay the information I am given without always expecting to be able to interpret it. I have definately become better at this over time. I trust things will always make sense in one way or another. "Cheers to our health!" Tyler does a cheers every day with our juice. I think it's so cute and really funny. I love it. Lately, I've been using these old Shrek and Princess Fiona glasses in the morning. Shrek was one of those movies our kids watched over and over. Many of the lines from that movie became part of our language in our home. It's a part of our history. ... This challenge we are facing will also be a part of our history together. Finding the silver lining... 2020 has presented many difficult challenges for this world. I wasn't always able to remain positive or see the good in situations. However, looking back, I can see the blessings that have come from everything that has happened in my life this year. Even the really tough things.
