There is still a out of history and beautiful projects out there right in our own backyard... you just need the right group of people to polish them up... and we’re up for the job! #buildingrestorationmasters, #downtownchatham #onebuildngatatime #hardworkpaysoff

Zoned Commercial/Retail, 2000-9000 sq ft main floor. The 2nd or 3rd floors at 4500 sq ft a piece. Imagine your company in this beautiful piece of history. High ceilings, beautifully restored 40’s terrazzo floors, 18th century brick walls all coming together to create a one of a kind building right in the heart of downtown Chatham. Facing 3 different streets (King, 5th and Llewellyn), the accessibly and exposure is unmatched. Each facade has its own magnificent early 19th ...century designs, just demanding attention. With perks such as: handicapped accessibility, extra basement storage available, elevator, roof top patios and spectacular views, what more could you want in a building. Be the envy of the neighbourhood and contact JP Holdings today to discuss becoming a tenant in this beautiful piece of history in a highly desired location. Become a part of Chatham’s downtown and experience firsthand the beauty it has to offer. The History: Built originally in 1899 by John McCorvie, this building has seen many changes over the years. A major renovation on the building in 1948 has changed a lot of the building, but there are some remnants of the old building which are now almost 120 years old. We have maintained this history in our future plans and renovations of this building. Restored terrazzo floors, exposed brick walls, giant beams and columns really bring out the character of a time long ago. The history of the past remains and now the modern amenities of the present have been added. The result is a perfect merger of past and present to create a space that truly excites.
