HOW TO CHOSE RECOVERY TECHINIQUES What is right for you? How do you know? Well here are some questions and considerations to help create a guideline for what YOU need.... Does the glove fit? Often times we get wrapped up in the hip and new sciences instead of trusting what WORKS. John/Jane doe is using this, he/she says they tried that. This is often a road that leads to unnecessary time spent or failure to confront pain, fatigue or lack of mobility. What is the purpose of this, does it accomplish what I am looking for?
