"The education and attraction of young jazz enthusiasts was always foremost in Rochelle's mind," says Ray Koskie, Co-Founder and President of JPEC. "With this Award, JPEC continues to deliver her dream."... There will be four Awards of $2,500 each, for one student from each of the following Ontario Jazz Colleges: Mohawk College, Humber College, York U AMPD (University of York), UofT Jazz (University of Toronto) Applications will be judged by a panel of professionals involved in all aspects of jazz.
