Well it was a long journey and a very long few days but the Flare team with the help of our great concrete sub Saiid managed to get the footing poured today on our latest project. We made it through the emergency stoppage due to a neighbour with no footings, the sudden change in design this required, and finally the last minute discovery of the water table rising into our footing channels. Stay tuned next week for the foundation wall and compression beam needed to shift the point load of a three story house. :) Flare design/build...there is no try, only do!

So she said could we just squeeze in a quick little deck. Its an emergency. This little deck. Three levels 880 sqft Double picture frames 10x10 pergola... 26 feet of built in benches. What a great customer though and the best dog in the world who has slept on each level as it was built as his seal of approval.

A little slideshow of a main floor refresh. Took out some walls. Added a new kitchen, new floors and gave some life back to to the stairs

Well here is that little deck project for our customer completed. We love working outside in the nice weather :)
