You can help the U10 Spirits with a good cause and have a chance to win some great prizes! For every $10 donated your name will be entered in a draw. For examp...le, a $50 donation will get 5 tickets in the draw. After you donate a link will be sent through Go Fund Me to collect your information for the draw. Times and dates are finally set. Guelph Gryphons assistant Coach Taylor Boers @tboers11 is excited to be coming home to work with Level Up for our holiday sessions. A great chance for local players to learn how players are training at the CIS level!

We are piloting some more personal training experiences! With only 8 players in the gym our coaches will have even more time to spend with players and help them... further elevate aspects of their game!
