Had to abandon (2) 150 mm service fees off of the city watermain, and to not interrupt services to businesses, it had to be done at night. What should have been 4 hours took 11. What we discovered was that the entire setup was covered in concrete. City spec requires us to re install their valve while abandoning the tees.
