Mindful moments give us time to get grounded and reboot. 2020 has been incredibly turbulent. Many things recalibrating and evolving. Nature has a way of engulfing us in peace and hope. Point Pelee is a gift in our region as it provides so many opportunities to take a time out and shift our mindset. It allows us to feel connected to something bigger - tap into hope and joy. For those of you local, I encourage you to make the trip out in this mild weather. The new tower allows for a spectacular view of the point. Jay and I had an amazing time. Acceptance and healthy male energy is a powerful message. You could put young girls, parents, employees, seniors in this message. We all have a thing that grounds and inspires us deep inside somewhere. When we find and practice our thing - we transmute stress energy into something wonderful and healthy. #whatsyourthing

July and August were used to adjust, find my groove and settle in. Online booking is working efficiently and clients are loving their experiences at my new office! Our children’s pilot was a great success and we are excited to move to the next phase.
