Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that the @raptors would be NBA Champs but my dreams turned into reality last night! No long are We The North, now We The Champs! I would like to give a shout out to Larry O’Brian, welcome to Canada and I hope you enjoy your stay!

I used to smile to hide the fact that I was hurting inside and I didn’t want anyone to know. I used to drink to numb the pain. I contemplated taking my own life. The most important thing I ever did was open up and find someone to talk to. I swallowed my pride and asked for help. It’s amazing how things can change in a few short years. A change of city, a change of province, a new opportunity to change my life. ... Had none of that ever happen the way it did, I wouldn’t have met the most amazing woman or had my beautiful daughter. These two girls are my everything and are just two of the reasons why I smile today. Today I smile for the fact that I’m in a happy place in life. No pain ever fully goes away but life does get better. It won’t happen tomorrow, but if you ask for help then you’re taking the first step. That first step is always the hardest part! Also, please check on your strong friend. Behind that strong, tough exterior may be someone who could be hurting. #BellLetsTalk
