Fitness Program Snapshot: 20-20-20 This fun class is the total package. It starts off with 20 minutes of a combined gentle warm up and dynamic stretch, followed by 20 minutes of stationary light weight lifting using body weight and/or dumbbells to improve strength, endurance and coordination before finishing off with 20 minutes of deep therapeutic stretch to release muscle tension, improve flexibility and reduce stress. After School Care 2020-2021 Spaces Available! WSPR’s After School Care program incorporates Physical Literacy, diverse art, craft and science activities along with lots of time for free play and socialization. We currently have spaces available in our After School Care program, Monday to Friday, servicing Happy Valley, Wishart, and Sangster schools. All other school routes are full at this time. JDF Pottery Studio Cubby Clear Out and Project Pick Up TONIGHT! If you are no longer going to be using the JDF Pottery Studio or you were not able to secure a registered time slot in our Open Studio Time (previously Drop In Pottery), your cubby must be cleared out. Our last cubby clear out time is tonight, Tuesday, September 15, 2020 from 5:00-6:00 pm. *Please wait outside the studio at one of the designated markers until you are welcomed into the studio by a staff member. With the support of the Breakfast Club of Canada, WSPR has been donating frozen meals to the Salvation Army food hamper pickup every Thursday from 2pm-4pm in the JDF Library parking lot and will continue at this location for September 3rd and 10th.
