Local indie-pop band, The Collective, have performed at the Jube in the past (most recently in 2029). They are one of five Nova Scotian finalists competing in the Jim Beam National Talent Search, a Canada-wide competition featuring emerging artists and bands, with the winners having the opportunity to perform live as part of Canadian Music Week in 2021.
