National World Kindness Day . " What wisdom can you find that is greater than kindness?" Jean-Jacques Rousseau .... Perhaps now more than ever, these words ring true. Let's not minimize how powerful a small act of kindness can be on the lives of others. Holding the door or the elevator for another, leaving an extra dollar or two to your local barista, complimenting a stranger, sending a written note through snail mail to someone who is important to you - just because. These small actions have a tendency to not only impact the mindset and behaviour of others, but also influence you and your own mindset. Small acts can foster a bigger change. .
