Many friends have asked me when and how my "Granny" character was created. I've done over 1500 shows using this character and she is still going strong! It was at our shows in the Wild Horse Theatre in Fort Steele, BC where my "Granny" made her first appearance. My darling (late) husband, Tink Robinson, and I ran shows there for 13 summer seasons. Only 4 more sleeps until this wonderful House Concert at Harmony House on Saturday, Feb. 29th. I'm so looking forward to sharing this special evening with these gifted artists, TruGuy Starhorse (Guy) and Jessica Bruhn. And thanks to all our friends who are coming on Saturday!

This week (and beyond) it's also time to, "Give Yourself Love". Waaaay back in 1991, I was introduced to a simply extraordinary woman, Judy Armstrong of Judy A...rmstrong (Singer-Songwriter-Dancer-Actor). (Thank you, Susan Letourneau and Synergy Breakfasts! <3 ) "In her professional theatrical career, Judy Armstrong, B.Mus., N.T.S., is a gifted and versatile artist who has inspired thousands of people from around the world. Her credits which number over 3000 presentations range from television, including special guest appearances with the late Danny Kaye (CBS-TV, Hollywood) and featured performances on CBC-TV Specials (such as, Wayne and Shuster, Music Canada Series, Christmas Specials), to dinner theaters, concert stage and world-class conventions." Her journey of spiritual living led her to write and sing ultra-inspiring songs that uplift hearts. During all of her performances that I've attended, I've both laughed and shed tears while listening to her angelic voice and moving lyrics. She's one-of-a-kind. And I adore her beyond words. Judy will be in Vancouver to perform at Unity Church on March 8 if you want to experience this unique woman for yourself. I happened upon one of her songs (and one of my favorite inspirational, fun songs) and thought, how perfect for those of us on a journey of self-love, too, during the month of Valentine's love. Get ready to feel uplifted and energized and please give Judy a message if you feel called to do so!
