Cupcakes made with spelt flour & carob powder. Dairy free chocolate chips and maple syrup added for the sweetness. Searching for skin friendly ingredients has inspired me to find healthier options for my baby girl. Carob is caffeine free, has lots of fiber, contains calcium and antioxidants. Spelt flour has copper, iron, zinc, magnesium, boosts immune system and reduces inflammation. Surprisingly these were super delicious and the spelt flour made these so light & fluffy, this recipe was a success. Now to find a good icing recipe #cupcakes #healthy #carob #speltflour #homemade
