Alright, Ladies! This one's for you! I know when you are on your period practicing yoga may feel like the last thing that you want to do, but I PROMISE you will feel better, and it is very gentle so will not demand a lot from you physically or mentally. Yoga has been clinically proven to help manage the symptoms of PMS with movement and breath work. This is a 25 minute yoga class that is designed to alleviate the aches and pains of PMS/ Menstruation that are messing with y...our day! This class specifically targets cramping, pain, fatigue, moodiness, etc. It will leave you feeling calm, relaxed and help you have a better sleep and peace of mind.
