My latest creation, my first Ivigak basket, first 'carving'. I call it my Nasanguak, because it resembles a nasak in its shape and design. The antler is adorned with an ivory bead (from Greenland) and beaded fringe to represent the pompom. I was taught to iviuk by my mom, and to use a dremmel by my father in law. It was the first time I worked with an antler, which I polished, sanded and drilled myself. It was a very long process, from start to finish, but a process that I enjoyed tremendously!

At one with nature, a wearable sculpture that Judith Dubord and I made during our 2 weeks of co-création at the Biennale de la sculpture in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli. It was a lot of work, but we were happy with the result and the way it was presented in the end, through improvised dance and throatsong. The sculpture is entitled "le mouvement des glaces" or "ice movements" in English.

My latest hat, knitted using baby merino wool, with an Inuit tattoo design and sealskin tie. The hat can also be worn as a neckwarmer by loosening the tie.
