Today we pause in a moment of silence to honour and remember the men and women who have served, and continue to serve Canada during times of war, conflict and peace. We remember the more than 2,300,000 Canadians who have served throughout our nation’s history and the more than 118,000 who made the ultimate sacrifice.

‘Tis the season!! My annual donation of Advent calendars to the Newmarket Food Pantry to bring some cheer! These will be added to this months food deliveries to the clients of the Food Pantry. Ready for Dec 1st to pop open the first window!! More than 500 families in our community are in need each month. #giveback #nourishingneighbours

This year we are grateful for so many things! It has been a difficult year with so many challenges. We, like everyone else, have been adapting to the new norm however the lessons learned have been irreplaceable. The Coats for Kids bin is back at our office. We are collecting gently used winter clothing for all ages not just kids and not just coats. Hats, scarves, mitts etc. So help someone in need dry warm this winter. The bin is in the hallway of our office at 17345 Leslie St. Ste 100 in Newmarket.
