Tasty healthy roasted cauliflower with cumin and salt flakes. Served with a green lemon tahini sauce! It’s what is for dinner with maybe a few grilled shrimp on the side.

Yes it’s just 4 weeks left of winter! Just replanted these herbs from the grocery store into my planter. Got them right where I need them, to use all the time, before they die! Not much of a green thumb.

February may be short but it goes faster when you get together with friends to learn new recipes and have some laughs!
