Do you eat dinner at the same time every night, or does it tend to vary from day by day? In our house we almost always eat dinner when B gets home from work around 5 and then I almost always fast until breakfast the next morning. One perk of having a set dinner time is allowing your body to learn the routine of when to expect nutrients. This can help with digestion as you get your body on a good routine. ... If you tend to go through your day without a semi-consistent eating schedule, your body can begin to release stress signals as it's unsure of when to expect food next.
