Today, I talk about what it’s like for those who are immune compromised to manage during COVID-19. I also talk about the risk for anyone who may have an underlying condition, that has not yet been diagnosed. I also touch on long haulers who previously had COVID, even without major complications during the illness, but continue to experience symptoms for weeks or months after they no longer have COVID.

Today, I talk about the feelings that many teens have expressed during this pandemic. I also share some emotional & practical strategies to help teens cope in healthier ways.
