Oh boy this month this has been something I have really had to remind myself! I try and use daily affirmation cards (thank you @lovepoweredco ) but sometimes life gets really hard and it’s difficult for me to remember to pull them out and remind myself how amazing I am. How strong I am. How talented I am and how kind and loving I am. Affirmations ARE NOT narcissism or selfish- they are self love and self care! Telling yourself loving affirmations are a great way of calming y...ourself down and helping you to stay grounded to who and what you really are without the negative opinions or judgements others may have about you. Today I’m affirming myself that I am loved. I am strong and I am anxious as fuck right now with the way this world is behaving and living and how my own relationships with people in (not so in) my life are behaving and affecting me and this is all OKAY. Affirming myself of what is in my control and what I can chose to feel by changing my way of thinking of myself (where I have the control) through positive self talk and affirmations.
