Hey it’s Diana Fodor here: I'm excited to announce in November I completed my Advanced training in Perinatal and Post Partum mood changes, new motherhood transitions and pregnancy after loss support. Postpartum is common however under diagnosed, as a community we need to be asking the questions, reassuring mothers that good mom's can have scary thoughts, creating safe non judgemental spaces for mother's to share these thoughts. You are not alone, you are not to blame, and, with help, you will feel better. In addition to the post partum services, I will be offering yoga for depression, anxiety, trauma and cancer recovery.
