Last night, I was talking to my best friend's 11 year old son about my Stone Stories project. I asked him what he would write on a stone for someone to find. He said "Just be yourself. Don't care what other people think. Just be yourself." I asked him why that is important and he said "because you were put on this planet for a reason". I believe he is right. I think we are all here for a reason and our purpose in life is to find and follow our own unique path.

It's the time of year when many people like to reflect and set intentions. I have been doing a lot of reflecting on all that I set out to achieve in 2018 and the accomplishments and surprises that the year brought. I feel proud of so many things and so grateful for my experiences. I am also once again ready to re-align with my purpose and live my most authentic life. I am excited for 2019. Time for a fresh start. One of the things I would like for 2019 is to be using my gift...s more fully. I want to be doing more coaching - to clear some space in my life so I can focus more time and energy here. Because every single time I have a session, I know this is what I am supposed to be doing. I'm already excited for all the people I will have the honour of working with this year.
