This is a quick survey designed to track the impact of Covid19 on small business. If you own a small business, take a peek.

Here are some amazing businesses that you can support: Merchant of York Pure + Simple The Beach FRANC LOVEFRESH... ERIN & CO JR Art Lab The Penny Paper Co. #smallbusiness #lockdown2point0 #shoplocal #bookkeeping

The link and info many businesses have been waiting for: Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy Calculator: https://www.canada.ca///cews-calculate-subsidy-amount.html Also: applications will be accepted beginning April 27 through your MyBusiness Account
Do you have a CRA MyAccount, either for biz or personal? If not, now is a great time to register. This is where you can see all of your tax info, apply for EI and more. This may be surprising, but the process of signing up is slightly painful, and it requires a snail mail confirmation...so if you have extra time on your hands during self isolation/quarantine/social distancing, why not get it started? https://www.canada.ca///e-services/cra-login-services.html

I am looking for a daily planner - one page per day. And something aesthetically pleasing is a big bonus. Please send me your recommendations! #planner #2020planning #momboss #bookkeepjng #smallbusiness

On world kindness day, let’s support small business. Here are some tips. #shoplocal #smallbusiness #momboss
Do you send invoices as part of your regular business operations? Do you know what to look for when you receive one from a supplier? https://www.juliemiddleton.ca//08/09/anatomy-of-an-invoice/
Monday is the Civic holiday/Simcoe day in Ontario, but if you have employees, what does that mean? This somewhat confusing day is not actually a Public Holiday under Employment Standards legislation or under the Business Retail Holidays Act; but Canada Post, libraries, government ministries and some businesses will be closed. If you have employees, make sure you understand your obligations as an employer.
Your invoice is a reflection of your business. Always double check spelling and grammar. #tiptuesday
Reconciling accounts might be one of my most favourite bookkeeping tasks. And this little success! box makes my day....every time. #bookkeeping #smallbusiness #momboss
We visited @thevalleyshoppe today and now everyone has a new plant to take care of (and new earrings). The beauty of #cloudbookkeeping is that even though I live in #toronto I can support small business in Millbrook and beyond. #shoplocal #smallbusiness #bookkeeping #momboss
Small business helping small business makes me . One of my clients uses @rotessapayments to collect monthly payments and it has been hugely impactful to the efficiency of their monthly process. It's nice to see them succeeding! Accepting credit card payments can be super expensive, so processing via bank payments is a huge win for small businesses. #smallbusiness #bookkeeping #shoplocal #momboss
Taking self-care to a whole new level today by attending my first mindfulness workshop. As a #momboss it's easy to get pulled in 14 directions at the same time...so I am excited to learn strategies to manage those distractions. #smallbusiness #wellness #mindfulness #selfcare #bookkeeping

I have been slacking in my business posts recently...mainly because I've been supporting clients' growing businesses + being a mom + supporting our school parent council. BUT, I would be remiss if I didn't post on #smallbusinesssaturday ! I had the opportunity to support some amazing local small businesses at our school holiday party today ...it was so great seeing these vendors goods and making a difference by shopping local. Yay!
