After hosting another INCREDIBLE evening of authentic relating, I wanted to share my journey into courage, and what helped me take action towards pursuing my dharma. 1- Think of a reason BIGGER than yourself. When your WHY and vision for the world is bigger than your fears of looking bad/getting it wrong, nothing can stop you. 2-You are doing the world a disservice by not sharing your light/purpose. We need people in their light more than ever right now!... 3- My mantra/life motto: "Do it Fu*%king anyways!". It will not be perfect when you start, but you have to start it to perfect it. K I N D R E D S P I R I T S While the pandemic has definitely shifted my life this year, I can truly say the biggest silver lining was more time to meet and connect with some incredible people. ... From traveling the globe nearly full-time, I have noticed that the deepest soul connections I have are with those who are in touch with their kindred-spirit. It feels as if we are weaving a web of light around this planet, healing ourselves, our lineage, and the planet. When you allow your humanness to relax and let your soul come to play, the universe will reward you with some pretty incredible souls along your way. Wow! What a trek I am both humbled and proud of my body for taking on such an incredible personal challenge. I have done the Inca trail and other big hikes in the past, yet nothing compared to this strenuous grind of scrambling uphill nonstop for an entire day, slipping and tripping on scree, and carrying supplies in and out for camping. ... All while not having the right gear (balded running shoes and no hiking poles) (I dont reccomend this) Fitness is not a dress size, it's about how you feel, and how you show up for life. It's a divine partnership between you and your body, and how you can work together to overcome obstacles. It's about feeling into the gratitude for all your moving parts, and the actions your body can take both consciously and unconsciously.
